Bill & Jim Hopkins:
< When you are an options trader, you MUST be nimble and psyche out the markets. >

Also, remember the best rule of all in options trading - *Don't lose any premium.* How do you insure that? - Never hold losing positions overnight. Trade basically on a daily basis and vacate most positions before the mkt closes. I only hold overnite positions when the trade is profitable and the market is moving in my direction at the end of the day.

I'd much rather take my one or two point gain in the position and sleep well knowing my powder is dry for the next day. Holding a losing position overnight hoping the mkt will change direction is the best way I know to go broke.
