Phil.... Agreed indeed. As my girlfriend would say "feh!" It's a Yiddish expletory to be said while wearing an expression as if one had a small turd under their nose. It's a staple reaction to a schmuck encounter. I despise this executive repricing of options business when the shareholders have suffered a loss. They did the same legal but unethical thing at Computer Concepts rewarding bad performance. It's an "in your face peasants" behavior that is infuriating when the stock has had a bad run. These clowns should be taking NOTHING in the form of bonuses until the stock recovers. Onward and up you know whose.... George
