I'm not trying to win nor am I trying to keep everything the way it is. My point is that if left on its own course MSFT will dominate everything regarding PC software. Innovation may happen but MSFT will take control of it. I'm not saying that MSFT can't make its operating system more stable. However that is a separate issue from incorporating what used to be additional software into the operating system. BTW should you really be paying to upgrade 95 to 98 to make it more stable? Perhaps if 95 is not stable then maybe it is a defective product.
