Techie - I repectfully disagree.

Let's suppose USRX's goal is total domination of the market, and CSCO is their presumed competitor, with the same goal;

Let's also assume others (ASND, among others) recognize the future potential of high bandwidth TTC without fiber, albeit a 5 year opportunity (before VDSL hits the streets).

Let's also assume (this may be more speculative) that Cioffi's relationship with Amati is exclusive (which I believe it is, for all practical purposes), and that he probably knows every leading-edge researcher in the U.S. in this particular field of knowledge;

What other company is as attractive as Amati?

No contest. Anybody disagree? Is anyone any better?
