Frostie, Iposted the tape info way back. The penile pain is not the occasional irritation of insertion but related to the alprostadil. The burning lasts until the drug wears off ( up to an hour ) usually. This is the factor which limits MUSE the most. Even tho the thought of insertion is an initial stumbling block once the patient does it with no trouble that problem is over. It's very easy to do. Get rid of the burning and we will hit 80 again.
