I don't know what the "special" is, will have to wait for the circular, which would be due by the end of May. I expect to attend. SEDAR is an electronic filing system which stores companies filings with securities regulators. It allows everyone with Internet access to view filings sooner than by waiting for the company to send you a printed copy (usually on request only). There are no special implications to being on SEDAR.
