David: This entire post is an "IMO". I think that here are a lot of separate issues here. They can be separated. A short position/squeeze in a weird way is an asset. If it can be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is one, then if the company can somehow get back on it's feet, that comes with it. The theoretical wrong doing of people, is just that people. For arguments sake, lets say the principles were all thrown in jail. That doesn't mean that the company has to die, maybe one of you could take over. If there is a squeeze, at some point in time, who knows, maybe things will work out. I happen to agree that you all have serious problems on the trading front, but one never knows, action by the shareholders may help to get this going again. al
