Dave,

I try to use insider buying as the first step in the process. When I don't, I usually regret it.

Last fall I started buying precious metal stocks as an Asian Problem, Value, end of a 17 year bear market, theme.

Still used insider buying profile as one of the main qualifiers.

Haven't regretted it.
