Great info!!! But why don't you leave the web address next time for ASTM??... :0)

I did a quick search and came up with www.api.org (American Petroleum Institute) Good place to start looking..

And then go to www.astm.org.... Finally found it. I thought is was governmental agency so I typed www.astm.gov... Oh Well....
