Good post. I was particularly interested in this quote:

"It's nice to have technology, but you need customers,"

That's what makes DGIV different from a lot of these other companies. Management is focusing on getting customers, just as AOL did in its early days, but is doing so PROFITABLY, not at a loss, the way a lot of these companies have operated in their early stages.

Hard not to get excited!!
