rudedog...Thanks for your valuable input, you are an asset to the thread. What you are saying about the need for constant improvement in products to maintain share is true in this industry and every other industry as well. What I can't figure out is why Ellison is so hell bent to get MSFT. He has a great product that is widely used and is constantly building on it. MSFT doesn't even compete with ORCL in the dbase arena. Do you have an idea as to why he takes every opportunity to blast Gates and MSFT other than jealousy? Steve
