Don't get me wrong. I am not supporting the decision to initiate a rights plan. This management has not done the job recently (last two years). I was simply saying that management, which usually consists of major shareholders, use the rights plan to protect their interest and if the company is profitable, in essence help employees. The Plan prevents raiders picking apart a company cheaply. These plans IMHO rarely kick in. Jeff
