Miss Christine, I am involved in the gated community in Rockport, Tx., which is a town of about 6,000 on the Gulf Coast, with 5 partners. It was not my concept. They are 2 bedroom homes designed for retirees. We have already had two husbands die, with a third one shaky. It is a safe place for widows, and the lawn care is provided. It is conventional housing, and I am doing this to generate the cash for my project. I will try to do the energy efficient homes in about 2 years, probably in Santa Fe, N.M. I want to build places "off the grid". I must finance them myself, as a bank will not loan money on my concept. It will not be a gated community. The batteries will be an important part of the concept. I will sell the homes with "batteries included". It is now time to buy Energy Conversion Devices. It will be going up at least 30% from here in the next few months. Honda will be building electric cars with Nickel Metal Hydride batteries soon. Del
