steve, your scenario is possible. maria owning 1 million shares and earning $37k indicates to me that she may not have the shareholders interests at heart, though. it is interesting that yoder and raumer were at the bottom of the s8s and didn't receive that many shares. we're all friends here (except maybe not carl ;-). i hope the sec is very thorough b/c i want to know the WHOLE scoop. good luck and say hi to linda for all of us...
