With the exception of 3 days in April and 9 days last November, this stock has traded within 5% of the amount of cash the company has had in the bank or in its news releases. It is probably fair to say, at this point, the trend will continue. That's what lends credibility to this rumor. I'm not in M&A, but if I were, and if I were looking for a property, would I not look first for a property that has no premium?
