Hi Joe.

Unfortunately, I do know. It's amazing though how much tolorance there is for a PC to lock up or just not work, versus if a mini or main frame does it, it must be old technology/junk. My guess would be since the PC causes problems for people one at a time, and not an entire group, it never get noticed how bad it can get.

Well, back to the speculation of a takeover.
One thing left out of the 3x Revenue price would be the cash on hand. Since that's about $3/share, it would seem to me that the fair value price would need to include that much more.

As to whom, (if anybody), I'd guess Oracle or foriegn. Everyone else is still digesting other mergers or would mess with their 'image'. (Netscape with Novell?? How uncool!)

LOL
