Critical NT information and analysis on costs!! Must read!

Looking for a justification not switch to NT from Novell.
If you have not read the Data Comm article here is an excerpt
from it.

... Gartner indicates moving from one NOS (network operating system) to another can be almost nine time as expensive
as upgrading to a new release of the same NOS. It estimates that shifting a network of 2,500 end-users (on 33 file
servers) from Netware 4.x to Netware 4.11 costs $123,645 (about $50 per user). Migrating the same network from
Netware to NT costs in the neighborhood of $1,076,140 (roughly $430 per user). ...
