WASHINGTON, May 5 (Reuters) - Microsoft co-founder, Paul Allen, told
federal regulators that he has sold 7,685,000 shares in the company since early February. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Allen said he sold the 7,685,000 shares between Feb. 11 and Feb. 24, 1998 for $1,011,635,249.
