Hi !

Can anyone help me ? I am looking for 2 things :

1) A web site that gives (for instance) the top 20 risers and fallers in real-time (or at the worst delayed) basis INCLUDING OTC stocks.
(most of these do not include OTC)

2) A telephone number in the US from which I can get real-time OTC prices for when I cannot access the internet.
I am in Germany, so the number cannot be a 800 one.
