As an occasional thread lurker, I'd like to pass along a mostly unknown spin off that is pending. MADGF has announced their intention to cast off LANNET subsidiary 'by the end of the third quarter'. For the sake of disclosure, I am long on MADGF, having initiated a large position (for me) just before the announcement. Obviously I perceive a value in MADGF, but the spin off is merely a bonus... if and when it happens. Meanwhile, keep up the good work folks: this thread makes good for reading.
