Mike, In the 1970s, anyone who had a brain turned an annual report to the page where the auditors sign off to see what CYA language they were using. Now that the CPAs rarely get sued, that is no longer a useful exercise. But my guess is that 95 pct. of shareholders never read the risks and competition sections of the 10K. In fact, I'd be willing to bet that that 90 pct. don't know what a 10K is. -g- MB
