TO ALL: I have been drafting a letter to Mr. Hilliou this morning. As I was working on it, it occurred to me that probably the most effective way of demonstrating the number of shares in support of the questions raised in the letter while, at the same time, protecting individuals privacy would be for individual shareholders to print a copy of the letter, sign it, and send it in with their proxy. This will send AB&G management a clear message as well as provide them an easy way to calculate the size of the voting block represented by thread readers. If this sounds like a good idea to people, I am willing to email the full text of the letter to anyone who requests it (it is currently in MS Word for Windows 6.0 format) or, alternatively, it can be copied directly from my thread post (when it is finished I will post it for review and comment) and pasted into your own word processor for printing and signature. What do you think, troops? TKA
