How's this response from Fred Raumer? Or was it Raumer? 9/10/96 Hi Keith, Thank-you for your inquiry regarding the stock price. I think, my opinion, that there are A few reasons for the stock price performance over the past few weeks and days. First, we had anticipated making some sales announcements at the ACA show in Nashville a few weeks ago. As with alot of sales, there are minor items that come up and delay the signing of the order. This is NOT to say that the orders will not come in...they will. The next possible reason for the stock price performance in the releasing of a press release regarding a major reseller. This too will happen, as soon as their legal department gives its' approval. Press releases for a small company are not usually the highest priority that they work on. The third reason might be that out NASDAQ application has been returned to us in order for us to provide some additional information. There are no problems with our application, there is just a requirement for additional information and NASDAQ only processes appllications once all information requests have been fulfilled. There is nothing unusual about this whatsoever. I hope this answers your questions. This is a great time to buy....I did. Sincerely, Fred M. The way it looks right now is Raumer must have received cash from the sale of Huttoe stock, the only way Raumer would come on board??? Raumer with all his degrees probably didn't want to take too much of a chance and wasn't that greedy. After all this is only a part-time job, right Raumer?
