1. biotech firms have secondary offerings all the time. They don't have any earnings, so thats how they survive. There's a reflexive relationship beetween biotech stock prices and the co's financial health; ie the higher the stock price the more likely it'll survive because it can do these offerings and the more they can spend on research.
2. I'm sure ENMD will have press releases all the time.
3. Why can say that just because it surged a ridiculous amount that it won't go even more insane in the future.
4. Do they have options?
