Subject: TVSI: PLS. POST THIS! EVERYBODY....READ THIS!

Steve Cayou purchased TVSI before it filed for bankruptcy, many years back. Steve owns a company called Liberty Capital who is into MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS. After getting TVSI, Steve has been looking for a good company to merge TVSI with. He found Planet Sports, put up by Thomas Raabe. The talks went on for almost a year. Now that the DEAL/MERGER is finalized, Steve's job is DONE! Thomas Raabe is now stepping in as CEO. Steve was only there for the MERGER....NOTHING ELSE!

This is the reason why Steve had to step down from the board. Steve's main business is Liberty capital, which is INTO MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS! The MERGER of PLANET SPORTS AND TVSI IS A DONE DEAL NOW! Thomas raabe is taking over the PUBLIC COMPANY, TVSI! THE NAME WILL SOON BE CHANGED...imho!

WE ARE NO LONGER A SHELL COMPANY! yeeeeeeeee haaaaaaaaaaaw! ;-)
