Yesterday I had to resolve a portfolio problem with Datek customer service and received prompt & courteous help from three representatives. Frank, Oscar and Greg each did everything I could expect including calling me back within an hour when more information was needed. They resolved the problem which I HAD CAUSED by the end of the day.

I have been a customer for 1.5 years and have had a few minor account problems. Each time the e-mails were answered and the problem corrected satisfactorily. This was the first time I needed to call their 888 number. It was answered immediately, the voice prompts were not excessive and the hold for a representative was less than 2 minutes on each call, similar to my other 2 brokers.

I am sure there are those who will say I was lucky, it is not typical service, etc., however, I am very satisfied.
