The RUMOR that just came to my attention is that trend and others have entered into a cut throat competition to
the extent that Revenue Sharing percentages for the manufacturers
has BEEN FURTHER REDUCED to as little as 15%--- 15%
It has also been said hat one company stated the price war and the others were forced to follow. It seems a substantial number of long term contracts are are expiring between
and November and everyone is scrambling to take keep the business they currently have and at the same time get some of the other guys business since many customers are truly unhappy with their current providers.
If you can debunk this RUMOR ---- ALL the
manufacturers will BENEFIT----- If NOT than all will get HURT
Obviously those with the bigger market shares will be hit the hardest, since it is unlikely that growth levels that the manufactures may have been projecting will not be achieved to the the extent that profits will may not come to close to projections. Apparantly some of the NEW ENTRANTS can walk away if they so choose in the event they do not want to get into a minimal profit situation or even a LOSS.
IMO this is a lose--lose situation.and I do indeed hope its a FALSE RUMOR because this can spread like wild fire--- even to the native lands, Then what happens to profits?????
If this rumor is fact true can anything be done by anyone to reverse the situation ????
