CVIA has been ticking up for several days.

I really wish you would refrain from your need to always impose your negativity on stocks you haven't followed closely for the whole story.

This merger between CVIA and WOTD is being re-worked as an acquisition of WOTD by CVIA. You may wish to take a closer look. If you do and still don't like what you see, just don't buy.
