This morning I double my position in OAKT (first time since last year) because the following reasons:
1) New products should help increase revenue in next quarter.
2) CD-RW and DVD-ROM should help improve ASP.
3) Pixel Magic's design win for HP Laserjet 3100 may means more HP design win in the future.
4) Odeum acquisition means new opportunity.
5) Current price below Book Value of $5.97 (mostly cash)
6) No insider sell for more than a year.
7) (Rumor) ATI buys Warp5.
This is a very risky bet but I don't find much downside from $5 5/8, the worst case is your money will sitting dead for 4 to 5 months.
