According to CNBC: Alice Rivlin will be on CNBC this afternoon.... Asset allocation is part of reason for sell-off from stock to bonds...dont remember the name of the firm... and Medley Global Services had a report out about the Fed trying to cool off the market (no doubt including the margin change)
