Hello again Juanita...aka Mom. Buyers/sellers? I can get real confused trying to figure out who's doing what, when & why. So I listen & learn. I refuse to trade on greed or fear...
I monitor my stocks closely, but don't worry about the daily fluctuations. If the fundamentals change, or the reasons I bought change, for the worse...then I re-evaluate. I think Long-term. The money I invest, I can afford to lose,if worse comes to worse. Learned from past mistakes and finally asked someone with experience. I listened to Uncle Bill. No guarantees...investing is gambling, with an edge if you know someone trustworthy to point you in the right direction.(My opinion of Mr. D is somewhat biased...and don't get a big head Uncle Bill, seems I've done nothing but throw compliments your way lately!)
But, bottom line. I have to think for myself...me and hubby. Research and trust our instincts.
Hope my kids (Son-20 in college, & Daughter 17...graduating next May) learn from all my mistakes. Wish I'd known at their age what I know now. Wealth isn't the end all or be all in this world, unless you don't have it. Both my brats are investors...that still amazes me. They like it, actually love it. After school...first question, "How'd my stock do today?"
Lord, I've rambled...sorry.
Anyway, DGIV will do just fine. Looks like too many good people are behind it. Have faith & keep it.
