We all have to remember that these guys are not used to being involved with a reporting company. They are used to dealing with companies that do no reporting at all and are treated as their own private plaything.

Shareholders? Oh, you just pat their pointy pates, give them some kind of news once in awhile, and a lot of trust us speeches.

In other words, they have to be dragged, kicking and screaming, to do something strange for them and something they dislike doing.
