I cannot give advice, but only tell you what my plans are. I am a true long term believer in NRT as such, I plan to take a little off the table to cover my initial investment only. The remainder I plan to hold for the long term. It is however true that you buy on fiction and sell on fact, but in this case this is just one milestone achievement for a company whose potential is limitless. Look back at valuations on this thread posted by FJA and Wisee to get a better picture of the long term value. The choice is ultimately yours however.
