Bob, after all we have been through, we have the right be a little testy. The tendency is to direct that toward something.

As I understand it, DHEC specifies a maximum sulfur level in the feedstock which then would naturally limit the sulfur in the product. In addition, sulfur can be removed with additional capital expenditure which hasn't been required yet. Some states such as California and New Jersey already require #1 diesel but probably not South Carolina. Some day when the EPA requires #1 diesel throughout the country, we can expect the price of diesel to climb slightly which would pay for the sulfur removal.
