Winstar announced private placement of debt/convertible note at 14%. The senior discount notes due 10/15/05 are priced at 50.988 to yield 14%. No interest pay't for first 5 yrs. and then have a 14% cpn. These terms seem rather onerous, but I suppose a company with no earnings and no rating may have to pay such a rate. Any ideas out there as to what effect todays announcement may have on stock price. Vartan Semerjian
