That's why I think INNI is very similar to TEKC, the outstanding shares is close to that of TEKC ~31,037,652 shares. Between the directors, the preferred share holders, IBM, I bit the float is bellow 10M. A lot of information is given in their EDGAR report and their homepage: inetmi.com
