I just received the shareholder package for Bomax and to be perfectly honest it doesn't exactly give me, or likely anyone who actually read it, a warm and fuzzy. The company is apparently being monitored very closely by the VSE for being functionally inactive, they are also in a questionable financial state. Now the recent small PP should at least alleviate some of that issue, but they are still going to have to take care of the larger debt issue, with some form of share for debt exchange or a larger PP related to getting this package in Khazakstan put to bed. The Khazakstan deal is explicitly mentioned in the mail-out, but only the O&G component. Jim has previously indicated that the intention is to wait and see what makes the most sense, as far as proceeding with the gold. This may wind up in his other company , Heritage (just conjecture at this point).

Salut,
Leigh McBain
