Jim,
I also bought the stock on Friday at 8 5/8. I was encouraged that it
touched 8 3/8 and did not break its previous low. I think the
company is a steal at this price. I know the news has been bad lately
but the key is to Buy low/Sell high.

I just downloaded the 96 Annual Report from the company's web site
(www.smc.com), will keep you posted.
