I am only stating an assumption that future operating costs must be less in trying to justify what appears to be a very speculative investment in CAWS.

No, I don't have any projected costs on that assumption. I presume that such projections must exist.

At some point in budgeting capital for an investment in wireless, a company such as Bell Atlantic or Bell South has to look at the payback. I am trying to understand the point at which a payback becomes reality. That necessarily involves understanding the long term operating cost of the investment. It also has to involve some kind of revenue projection based on consumer usage.

I am seeking this information myself to support what appear to be assumptions that have driven investment in CAWS technology.
