If this ratio is accurate, it reflects a rapid systemic change going on in banking. By failing to quickly adopt electronic delivery, banks lose market share and risk going OUT OF BUSINESS. Tomorrow's big customers rarely see the insides of branches today. CKFR needs to better tell their bank customers this story.
