Much has been written about Etrade. They have a history of problems and errors but supposedly they are better now. I use them and am satisfied with them. You should also check out Datek. They have their own forum. Although they also have problems, I am satisfied with them. I would recommend Etrade and Datek. Nevertheless, as with all internet brokers, you may have a bouncy ride (but worth the increased speed of executions and commission savings).
