Thanks for your comments IRA. If I may, here are my thoughts:

I'd like to maintain my current # of shares. That's why I buy pennies, for the EXPONENTIAL increase potential in share price, and where else could I afford to buy xx,xxx shares??

I'd rather not lose 75% of my share count on a stock that (in the absence of immediate and ongoing audited verification of earnings and growth potential)may very well decline back to the pre-split level. I could have bought a legitimate NASDAQ $2.00 stock. I don't want an artificially inflated and possibly temporarily valued $2.00 BB stock.

I am fearful for this tactic because in the absence of any groundbreaking earnings news after the split, the price of FAMH may well just decline, just as the price of historically reputable companies usually appreciate after a split to the pre-split levels!!!

What would be the clear and defined stated purpose of a reverse split?

Is warrant value useless on a stock with declining value?

Does this split GUARANTEE a NASDAQ listing or is it a hoped for result of this action?

If the sole intent is to get a NASDAQ listing why can't share price be boosted by the normal course of business? DGIV has appreciated without a NASDAQ slot.. (I know, that may be a poor comparison--different industry.) But the point is that it can be done with weekly PR's and high visibility

Can't we just grow this thing without the artificial sweeteners? Alot of them cause cancer you know.....
