Beacon Light Holding Corporation, formerly known as Beacon Light Mining Company, Inc., was incorporated in 1953 in Idaho and is now domiciled as a corporation in the State of Nevada. The original company went public on a Regulation A offering and was subsequently traded on the now-defunct Spokane Exchange. In June 1997 a controlling interest in Beacon Light was acquired by Ansam, Inc., resubmitted its application to NASDAQ, and was accepted to the Bulletin Board in September 1997. If this company has been around this long, they I should be able to find an SEC filing pertaining to them. I have not been able to find anything on edgar pertaining to Beacon Light Mining (BLMG) or Beacon Light Holding (BLHG). th
