Interesting thread.

Some of my favorites include the "Weather fans, you're not alone"
series from The Weather Channel. They all take place in a "weather
bar" called The Front, chock full of weather weenies. In one ad,
there are two face-painted guys watching The Weather Channel, rooting
for warm weather (in the case of the guy with reds and orange colors
on his face) and cold weather (in the case of the guy with blues and
purple colors on his face). When the Weekend outlook is shown, the
orange guy yells "HEL-LO warm weather!" and the blue guy has his
head in his hands. As the commercial fades away, you hear the orange
guy saying "who looks ridiculous now?"

Another favorite is the "not going anywhere for a while?" series
of Snickers ads, especially the one where the groundskeeper at a
football stadium spells "Chiefs" as "Chefs".
