Bosco,

I believe that Mr. Teo will not be a green mailer but will be an active participant in some way or another. However, it would be naive of all of us to think that he does not have a price. I believe he does. But I do not believe that the current management would pay him to go away. First, that would be their final death knell as far as the financial community thinking goes and lastly, they probably do not have enough money to "buy" Teo.

If they had instituted their buy-back plan over the last few months they would not even be in the mess, yes I believe it to be a mess in terms of their reality, that they are in now.

I am not sure Teo has the upper hand but if he does not, I believe with the proper positioning he can gain it rather quickly. He certainly has enough votes to garner a seat on the board and maybe that's all he needs to do what he thinks is necessary to boost his investment. Again, one should not think that Mr. Teo is looking out for the small investor. He is concerned about one thing and one thing only....his investment.
