i have a copy of the draft financial statement unaudited as of feb 28/98. i believe it would be unethical to release the details of it since it is unaudited and came to me marked private and confidential. however, i have been pushing for the release of numbers for quite some time. i am anxious for the company to resolve some of its past disclosure problems. i am a major investor with this company and a director - i hold about 9.8M shares! As a board member i am more aware than most but i want a more open board too. i have suggested we bring in outside directors with industry experience. i currently run a collection of communications businesses but have verbally told the board i would take a more active role in the day to day operations. i want to see several profitable quarters before i would do that.
