Is Mattrix (spelling) part of cbis - if not, perhaps it is the mystery division.

Another question is what the prorata share of the spinoff will be.

It also is interesting that the spinoff will happen later after the ipo has occurred - which means a strong ipo should boost csn value.

Lastly, I wonder if there is any significance that they partnered with ATT on the wireless project - One could speculate that after the spinoff that csn the parent could be taken over by ATT. I do not know if antitrust laws would prohibit this.
