Just FYI, I just spoke with Jim and although the company has been moved to the "inactive" board, on the exchange, there are no other imminent ramifications. The shareholders mailing possibly could have been worded a little different, to better reflect this. Jim is still actively pursuing the deal in Khazakstan, but has also made contact with another fellow regarding a potential alternative project, which sounds as if it could be vended in quite quickly. Just thought I would let you all know what he had to say. Salut, Leigh McBain
