dear michel, as far as I see it we are only talking rumors here, and it seems to me that the rumours were started by you , were they not?????... if not, my apology....although you always talk of VALUE...you through around with 5 Mln settlement...where does this number come from??? they are looking for a compensation of 395Mln...5 year profit of the sale of their internet software....SEC filing.... according to the thread info you only post about MDIX...any special interest????short??? this value game of .75 seems to me only based on their assumed cash position....what about their software???? why are you still holding (if you are) MDIX shares...it would seem a waste of time...if you believed in your posts...... If for any chance the takeover takes place, as you state on and on, I will have to thank you for your seemingly "knowlegable" information, but till then, hope you don't take it personal, I am highly suspicious of your arguments.......
