Dan, I'm surprised you didn't include the following outtake of the last article you posted:

NT security certificate questioned: A technical security
specialist (who has a history of being anti-Microsoft)
wants the feds to look into whether or not the company cut
corners with government security requirements in order to
sell potentially millions of Windows NT licenses to federal
agencies. Microsoft denies the allegations.
